Our History
Good Neighbor Realty was started over 40 years ago by Paul & Polly Bollinger. Paul & Polly moved to Wagoner in the 1970’s and began development of Bollinger Addition. Shortly thereafter they purchased a building located at 226 W. Cherokee in Wagoner, Oklahoma and Good Neighbor Realty began.
The business is still family owned. Their grandson, Brice Martin and his wife Cheyenne, their daughter Debi Hamilton and her husband Jeff, oversees and runs the day to day business with the help of a team of excellent Realtors that work together to make your home buying and
selling experience the best possible.
